This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases of Solvand, provided by Solvand Teknoloji Hizmetleri AŞ (“Solvand”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Türkiye and based in İstanbul. It explains when you are entitled to a refund, how to request one, and how cancellations work.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. FastSpring provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payments, subscription billing, taxes (including VAT and sales tax where applicable), invoicing, and refunds for Solvand subscriptions are processed by FastSpring on our behalf.
If you are not satisfied with Solvand, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or of any subsequent renewal payment, for any reason. We do not require you to justify your decision. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike.
For consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where similar rights apply, this 14-day window aligns with your statutory right of withdrawal. Where local law grants you a longer or more favourable refund right, that right continues to apply and is not limited by this policy.
After the 14-day window has passed for a given billing period, that period’s fees are non-refundable. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent further renewals (see section 5 below). We may, at our sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund outside the 14-day window — for example, where the service has been unavailable for an extended period, where you were charged for a renewal you clearly did not intend, or where required by applicable law.

You can cancel your Solvand subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@solvand.com. When you cancel:
Approved refunds are issued by FastSpring to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is approved, you can expect the funds to appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. The refunded amount includes any VAT or sales tax that was originally charged.
Once a refund is issued, the associated subscription is closed and your access to paid features ends. Free-tier access, if available, continues to be governed by our Terms of Service.
Solvand subscription fees are entirely separate from the advertising budget you spend on third-party platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads. Ad spend is billed to you directly by those platforms, not by Solvand or FastSpring, and is governed by their own refund rules. We cannot refund ad spend on their behalf.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at support@solvand.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We will work with you and FastSpring to resolve the issue quickly. Accounts associated with unjustified chargebacks may be suspended.
