These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Solvand Teknoloji Hizmetleri AŞ (“Solvand”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Türkiye and based in İstanbul. By creating an account or using Solvand, you agree to these Terms.
Solvand is an AI marketing autopilot. We analyze a business from the information you provide, generate marketing strategies and ad creatives, and create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on third-party platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) on the accounts you explicitly connect.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use Solvand. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly at support@solvand.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
To run campaigns through Solvand you must connect at least one third-party advertising account (for example Google Ads or Meta Ads). When you do so:

Solvand uses artificial intelligence to generate strategies, headlines, ad copy, images, and other creative materials. AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before they are published or sent to ad platforms.
You retain ownership of the materials you upload to Solvand (your logo, copy, product photos, website, etc.). You grant Solvand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use that material as needed to operate the service for you, including by sending it to ad platforms and to AI model providers that help us generate output.
Paid Solvand plans are billed through FastSpring, our Merchant of Record, in advance on a recurring basis (typically monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us in writing. Solvand fees are separate from any advertising spend, which the connected ad platform bills to you directly.
You may stop using Solvand and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if continued provision of the service becomes commercially unreasonable. On termination, Solvand will stop managing your campaigns, disconnect your linked accounts, and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Solvand is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any specific ad performance, conversion volume, return on ad spend, or business result. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvand will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify Solvand against any third-party claim arising out of (a) your misuse of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms or of a connected platform’s policies, or (c) your content or advertising published through Solvand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and execution offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use of Solvand after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
