Solvand respects your right to control your personal data, including any data we obtained through Facebook Login or the Meta Marketing and Conversions APIs. This page explains how to disconnect Meta from Solvand, delete your Solvand account, or ask us to delete everything we hold about you.
Option A — Disconnect Meta from your Solvand account
If you want to keep your Solvand account but stop Solvand from accessing Meta:
Sign in to Solvand and open Settings → Connected accounts.
Click Disconnect next to Meta (Facebook / Instagram).
We immediately revoke our access tokens, stop all campaign management on your Meta ad account, and delete any cached Meta-derived data within 30 days.
Option B — Delete your Solvand account
To delete your Solvand account and all data associated with it:
Sign in to Solvand and open Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is locked immediately and your personal data, business profile, ad-platform tokens, conversation history, and Meta-derived data are removed from our production systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups expire within a further 60 days.
Option C — Email us
If you can’t sign in — for example, you registered with Facebook Login and have already removed Solvand from your Facebook settings — you can ask us to delete your data by email:
We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one or two questions to verify your identity before we proceed.
Removing Solvand at Meta
You can also revoke Solvand’s access directly on Facebook:
Go to facebook.com → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
Find Solvand in the list and click Remove.
Facebook will revoke our access immediately. Solvand will detect the revocation on its next sync and delete the Meta-derived data associated with your account.
What we delete and what we keep
When you delete your account or request data deletion, we remove:
your profile information (name, email, password hash, profile image);
your business profile and brand assets;
OAuth tokens and connection metadata for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other connected platforms;
conversion events and campaign data we cached on your behalf;
conversation history with the Solvand assistant.
We retain only the minimum records we are required to keep by law, such as invoices and tax records, and we hold them only for the period the relevant law requires.
